CIPHER COMPOSE is a development environment that automatically generates network, activity, and state machine documents, code for deployment, emulators, and test scripts, substantially speeding up the deployment of services.

This Eclipse-based tool incorporates a graphical user interface to facilitate feature, protocol, and service-logic orchestration. Users can apply it to adapt and enhance existing services into new deployable multi-network applications.
